Internal Environment

Netmarble’s organization structure is like following chart. Under the CEO and executive groups,Each department has each other deferent tasks and responsibilities.


Netmarble’s core organization culture is free and casual. CJ internet employees are under more free and casual work environment. There is no doubt that our employees who are free from other complex company cultures. For example, Netmarble’s employees have free dress code and meeting style during the work. They have offered many entertainment events out of their work place to encourage employees to have a creative way to think such as watching movie, playing a game. Above of all, we have considered creative ideas and free willingness to be important.
